RETURNS POLICY — DENIZEN DICE

At Denizen Dice, we take great pride in the quality and uniqueness of our dice and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we’re here to help with an easy and convenient return process.

We offer a hassle-free returns policy for all online orders.

You may either exchange your item via our courier service or return it directly to our online store. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with a smooth and transparent experience.

The benefits provided by our Returns Policy are in addition to any rights and remedies you may have under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) or any other applicable legislation.

Please note: Online purchases can only be refunded through our online store.


RETURN & EXCHANGE GUIDELINES

We gladly accept returns or exchanges of unusedunworn, or defective Denizen Dice merchandise.

Eligible returns must:

  • Be in original condition — unused and in original packaging.

  • Include all components, labels, and packaging materials.

  • Be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

We cannot accept returns of used items, customized dice, mystery sets, or any products that are no longer in a re-sellable condition.


HOW TO RETURN

Courier Returns
If you’d like to return your purchase using a courier, you may use our traceable return courier option (a courier fee applies), or use your own service. Please note, Denizen Dice is not responsible for lost parcels if you choose your own courier.

In-Person Returns
Currently, we do not operate physical retail stores. All exchanges and refunds must be processed via our online platform.

Processing Time
Returns are typically processed within 2 business days of receiving your item at our warehouse. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return has been completed.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless found to be defective:

  • Customized or personalized dice sets

  • Mystery dice sets

  • Opened dice cleaning kits

  • Gift cards

  • Limited-edition or clearance items marked as final sale

These exclusions are due to the custom nature of the products and to maintain the integrity and fairness of our inventory.


LOST YOUR RECEIPT?

You can reprint your original invoice by logging into your Denizen Dice account and accessing your order history.


WARRANTY & DEFECTIVE ITEMS

All Denizen Dice products are carefully inspected, but in the rare case of a manufacturing defect, we’ll gladly assist.

Warranty covers:

✔️ Manufacturing defects
✔️ Misprints or structural flaws
✔️ Incomplete sets

Warranty does not cover:

❌ Damage due to misuse, drops, or general wear
❌ Loss or theft
❌ Heat, liquid, or sun exposure
❌ Minor cosmetic imperfections due to handmade variations
